Matias Poblete Sandoval

Matías is a special educator with a Master's degree in government and public affairs. He has been promoting the rights of people with disabilities through action and experience, as president and founder of the Chilean Foundation for Disability (FCHD). Currently, the foundation he presides has a presence throughout Chile, which differentiates it from other foundations in the same field within the country. As the president and founder of FCHD, his work is marked by intersectoral work with authorities and civil society organizations in the different regions of Chile. As a PhD student in disability at the Favaloro University in Argentina, his areas of interest are the impact and results of the provisions of the public apparatus about disability.
