Martina Berdychova

Martina Berdychová was born on April 29, 1971 in Hořice, Czech Republic. In 2013-2017, she was a member of the Parliament (on behalf of ANO 2011), since 2018 she has been a councilor of the Hradec Kralove Region, and since 2016 she has been the Deputy Hetman of the Hradec Kralove Region. In the years 2000-2014 she was the mayor of the Holovousy.

She is a pedagogue by education, she graduated from pedagogical studies at Charles University in Prague. In the years 1998-2000 she worked as a teacher at a school in Chodovice in the Holovousy.

She began her political career by running in the municipal elections in 1998 as an ODS candidate for the Holovousy council. She became a councilor as a result of the resignation of one of the elected persons. In 2000, she became mayor of the city of Holovousy.

From November 2, 2020, she is the Deputy Hetman of the Hradec Kralove Region responsible for social affairs, tourism and culture.
